Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are between you and us, Little Forest Flowers, and shall apply to any purchases made from or orders placed with us.
- Our Products
1.1 We sell the products listed on our site (“Product”) to adults and if you are below 18 years old, please ask a parent or guardian to place an order on your behalf.
1.2 Our Products are subject to

1.3 The images of the Products listed on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Such images may differ from the actual Product delivered to you due to depending on Product availability and variations in floral arrangements.
1.4 Due to the COVID pandemic, it has affected flower delivery shipment from various countries. Hence, there are limited flowers available and received orders will be subjected to first come first basis and availabilities. In the event of unavailable flowers and foliage, they will be substituted with a similar flower or foliage of an equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetics without any prior notice.
Placing an order
The steps required to place your order and create a contract of sale between you and us are as follows:-
2.1 You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on our website. At the end of the checkout process, your order is placed by pressing the ‘Place order and pay now’ button at the end of the checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.
2.2 If you have a voucher, promotion, or discount code, please enter this during the checkout process for it to be valid.
2.3 We may acknowledge that we received your order by sending you an email, contacting you via telephone, or sending you a text message. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.
2.4 Your order is accepted and a contract of sale between you and us is created when we send you an email, contact you via telephone or send you a text message confirming that your order has been accepted by us.
2.5 Our obligations under the contract are fulfilled when we have dispatched your order or you have collected your order.
Shipping and delivery
3.1 We may not be able to deliver to restricted areas including but not limited to military bases, immigration areas of Changi Airport, and some offshore islands. Our delivery agent will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.
3.2 We may not be able to deliver within the scheduled date and timeslot in the event of Product unavailability, delivery to restricted areas, or any errors in the recipient’s name or delivery address which you would have provided to us when you placed your order.
3.3 We strive to ensure your orders are delivered or collected within the scheduled date and timeslot. However you may experience delays with your delivery or collection during busy seasons of the year such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. We will announce it on our website or notify you if this is the case.
4. Shipping and deliveryCancellation, returns and refunds
4.1 As our Products are perishable, orders once accepted cannot be cancelled and Products once delivered cannot be returned. Payments made to us will not be refunded unless we agree to it in writing and we aim to process refunds as soon as reasonably possible.
4.2 If the Product you received is unsatisfactory, please inform us and we will try to make it up to you.
5.2 If you have provided us with the personal information of anyone other than yourself, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent of that person or entity to enable us to lawfully collect, use, and disclose such personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No 26 of 2012).
5.3 If you have provided us with the personal information of anyone other than yourself, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all actions, claims, demands, loss, damages, costs and expenses for which we may become liable in respect of such person or entity under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No 26 of 2012) or any relevant subsidiary legislation.
Exclusion and Limitations
We shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, whether direct or indirect, loss of business, loss of business opportunities, or business interruptions.
7. Miscellaneous terms
7.1 Any reference to written document shall include email and any notices required to be in writing may be delivered to our email address which can be found on our Contact Us page or to your email address which you would have provided us when you placed your order.
7.2 A person or entity who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of these Terms.
7.3 None of the rights or obligations under these Terms may be transferred or assigned unless we agree to it in writing.
7.4 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law. You and Little Forest Flowers agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Singapore in all matters arising in connection with these Terms.
7.5 Each of these Terms operate separately and if any of these Terms are deemed unlawful or unenforceable under any applicable law, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
7.6 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Little Forest Flowers and supersedes all previous representations and agreements, whether verbal or written, between you and Little Forest Flowers.
7.7 If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms and any other written document or verbal or written correspondence, these Terms shall prevail.
7.8 No amendment of these Terms shall be effective unless we agree to it in writing.
